I've been reading a book about leadership called <a href="http://www.ralphpuckett.com/words-for-warriors/" rel="nofollow">"Words for Warriors"</a> by Ralph Puckett. I thought I would try to understand leadership from a military view point. It's an amazing book written by a highly decorated Ranger who has accomplished incredible things with his leadership skills.
